Mainly links are important, good quality links from quality blogs. It takes a while, but if your on-site SEO is good enough, with original content, google should start bringing in traffic.

Are you tracking everything with StatCounter or Google Analytics?

    Hi, gr8webseller

Generally speaking, w3 validator would not lead to bad traffic or bad SERP. If you want to receive traffic from Google, there would be 2 channels as high SERP for your target keywords or via PPC. Of course, you could also promote your sites via social media and I think this would be more suitable for new sites.

    Have a nice day,

Getting organic traffic takes time. As you said, it's just created 12days ago. You should update your blog with more content and insert your targeted keywords on your content. Targeting a long tail keyword/ phrase is a good start.

Be patient man, 12 days is nothing to Google. It can take a month just to get indexed!

SEO is a very long process. 12 days isn't nearly long enough to see the fruits of your labor. As others have said you will need to continue writing unique content and backlinks. Until you have 1k unique articles on your website I wouldn't even check traffic.

This is an answer for your case. I would recommend not expect too much for just 12 days old. You have to understand that Google won't take those your acquired links that fast as you may expected, or wanted them to be. That's why some seo said there are a lot of factors involved and "link age" is the part of it.

P.S. Your own definition of "quality backlinks" may not be similar from Google own perspective anyway. :)

Getting traffic from Google is quite difficult. You have to be in good position in search results if you want traffic from Google. Get good position at least in top 10 and get the targeted traffic.

Again, be patient. A good position on Google doesn't come overnight.

As well it's depend of your targeted keyword. If there is too much competition, you will have hard time to get on the first page.

If you want some quick traffic for your site, pick a competitive keyword, make a video, make some good description, title and tag and upload it to Youtube.
It's depend of the term but sometimes you can have your video rank on the first page in very short time.

But if you want a good position for your site and some natural traffic, the only thing you can do is constantly building some backlinks.

no, thats not the reason. w3 validation has nothing to do with gogle traffic. while it is important to have a site validated as in some cases, it can make your site not load properly or load slow which in turn might have some impact on your ranking. but usually w3 validation doesn't make a whole lot of difference unless it is severe.

which site you are building link for? the one on your signature or the one where your site on the signature is getting redirected to?

It seems a stupid question. Because getting indexed by Google and getting traffic from Google are not the same thing. If you want to get traffic from Google, the best way is to improve the keyword ranking.
