No template / style background - help

    I have tried to install MyBB forums onto a server and the end result does not have any template, just text evident on screen...

    Can someone tell me what i have done wrong please. I have followed the instructions twice now, and cant seems to see what I have done differently. It may be obvious to the trained eye.
