No tech-logs in web interface

Logging in to /tech.html (should be out of the box) does not allow me to see the tech notes.
I do not find this in the Web-Interface Set-Up as an option....anywhere else I should look?

It should be built-in. Make sure you have all the data files open on the machine that is acting as the web server.

Also, isp.html is the newer replacement for tech.html

isp.html gives me "Sorry, no customers match your search criteria." (although with my login I can see employee info) for any username search, and tech.html gives me nothing under any "Call History".

Perhaps it has to do with the web_security.fp5? (I remember a generic login to alter the settings on the auto-task box?)

Did you double-check that all your .fp5 files are open on the web server machine? Also, how many records are in your "Web Security.fp5" file? (there should be 10)

There are 10 Records according to the Web_Security fp5. There are 20 files open on web machines's OG sessions. I don't know how to have it open more if need be as there is not the usual Main Menu with "Open All"...it seems to open a few when started, and then open the others that it needs when someone uses it for the first time post-start-up.

Try hitting CONTROL+1 to go to the main menu, then "Open All", then log out, and log in as the web user just to test it with all files open.

No change. I did ctrl-1 and open-all and it does the same thing. Weird.

The other thing I would do is reinstall your web security files from the installer just to make sure no one accidentally messed with them.
