SO here are my stats from ezinearticles: Number of Articles: 34 URL Clicks: 459 That's 13 visits per article Pretty much social bookmarked all articles and submitted them to articlesbase and goarticles also. So how do you guys do it?
Sounds to me as if you may be targeting the wrong keywords, or you may be in quite a small niche. So long as you have keyword optimized articles and there is traffic searching for those keywords, you should find yourself getting traffic.
Maybe then ezine is good for building backlinks only. 34 are lots of article, you must have been featured publisher on main page someday !
Same here, the point isn't to get conversions from the articles, it's to target relelvant backlinks with anchor text to get your site ranking high in Google.
Maybe you´re targeting the wrong keyword or audience. And it might have to do with your way of writing. Do a (Google) search on article marketing. There are tons of websites full of tips to succeed in article marketing/writing. Good luck!
I am using article directories to get backlinks. However, from EZA and goarticles I am getting more traffic. I used to get some backlinks for my published articles, that really drive some traffic to my articles. So, from those articles I can get hits to my site.
You can do both and do so economically. There are a number of places to learn how to effectively build traffic and back links both with articles. Targeting the correct keywords is very important of course. A small tip I would suggest is to go after the low hanging fruit. Why compete against juggernaughts for super highly competitive keywords when you can compete against far less people for less popular keywords. It so happens I work for a service that allows you to crank out articles at a very economical price.
No offense but 34 total articles isn't anywhere close to a high number of articles. There are individual people out there that do that many a day on their domains and company juggernaughts that do much more than that.
Woa ... lots of people are saying 34 is too less ? Well does anyone have bigger list of approved articles on ezine.
Do article marketing to get back links instead of traffic. With catchy titles you may attract visitors to your article and then your site though.
Out of just under 100 articles on ezinearticles I currently have 6,542 views and 568 url clicks. I'm shooting for about 10% CTR Article directories are great for backlinks but if you really want the traffic you need to have a quality article that people actually want to read. Inside your quality article you need to have your 'bio links' to a site/page that the reader actually may be interested in. I wouldn't rely on too much traffic from article directories, focus your attention elsewhere.
