No response, so far, and and no indexing that I can see. Any suggestions?

No. They just gave me the reasons why the site was banned and said to remove all spam and send a re-inclusion request. I sent the re-inclusion request March 13th after the site was redesigned so I'll see what happens.

Add some unique content to your site with the keywords you are looking for (articles about birthdays, supplies, etc.) but don't overdo it and make sure it is natural but still has the keyword mentioned several times. You could also use some topic related backlinks or reciprocal links if you haven't done too much reciprocal linking already (don't want to overdo this either).

In most cases if not all a webmaster must choose between Google/Yahoo and MSN. You cannot have them all, either the first two or the third.

Please guys correct me if I am wrong.

Having your site listed first in MSN is of no use. My site come first in the SERP for many keywords in MSN. But less than 1% of my sites traffic is from MSN. I advice you to stop wasting your time on it.

In most of the cases it may be true, that is because you don't have enough back links. Try searching for 'Google Mail' in all three search engines, the first result is gmail.google.com.
