I usually have a return every couple days or so but haven't had a return in a whole week. Has anyone else experienced a lapse in returns? The reason I ask is I'm wondering if I'm having a lucky streak, or if Clickbank employees are on vacation and are therefore not processing returns for a little while.
You should hope that you are on a luck streak. BTW not all refunds/returns are done through clickbank. Vendors can also refunds/returns the purchase.
Seoworld - I'm aware that returns are often done through Vendors, but my question is whether that is an entirely automated process, or if additional action is necessary on the part of Clickbank employees?
I believe there is a step clickbank takes and it is not automated (they say it can take up to 5 business days to show in your stats, i'm guessing this is why). Also think it must be manual for reverse fraud efforts. **I think you are right - they are on holidays (your line made me laugh). Cheers. NC.
That is one thing that I can't stand about CB - sometimes they get completely lazy - and you'll get a pile of returns (a weeks worth - and sometimes more) all on the same day. They should keep up with this on a daily basis. Sometimes it totally shoots my own persoal bookeeping to $hit! Completely unprofessional in my opinion. You end up spending an entire week of PPC on a product that ends up not being profitable. And you could have stopped the loss after one day if CB had been doing their job.
agbeye - Thank you so much for the information! That means it was still possible for returns to occur, which also means there is a chance I've had a lucky streak with low returns! Fingers crossed....
