    What were you selling?

Please give a little more details about your website so that people can review it.

You say you get less clicks. Sounds like your quality is falling. Surely you know that Adwords is all about quality. You probably don't have good ads that get people to click on. My guess is you probably don't have relevant keywords. You likely don't have a good selling landing page as well. I assume $4k represents a few hundred if not a few thousand clicks. If you haven't made a single sale, you've got problems at one or more points along the chain (keywords, ads, page).

Your site is much like any other selling the same services. There's nothing there that make me want to pick you over 100 others. To me, that's one problem.

I almost never put price in the ad. That's your page's job. I assume for SEO you land them on your SEO packages page. Again, nothing there but a list of prices. Why would I choose you? Give me a reason.

Could be a price in the ad could work in this case. But then, you are making people click based on price as I assume most competitors are doing the same. PPC's job is to attract then have your sales message make the close. That's why the price is always mentioned last. I'm guessing you are not getting a very high click rate on your ads.

You now specify that you spent 4000 rupees, not dollars, which is only $100. Guessing clicks are over $1, you have less than 100 visitors from Adwords. Not enough to judge but I would definitely improve the landing pages, at least the SEO plans one.

You say you offer quality and attractive prices? You don't even talk about your quality on the page. All it is is price plans. What does it all mean? Don't assume the visitor knows.

So out of three points, you fail on two in my opinion, I don't know about the third (keywords). If you want to know what keywords to use and best kinds of ads, get my PPC book. Or you could hire me to do it.

I think one of the best option to get sales is to let your ads display on in search results I know that will be more expensive then showing on content network but that will deliver much better results for you where you have already spent 4k on it ..

I tried to have a look at your site gracioustech from my office and received a HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden error. My office is within a business centre and the internet is part of the councils network with blockers on it. I would guess your site is being blocked by our system and wonder if this is a small element of your problem?

Initially I would look at your analytics data and look to see what happens when people use different keywords, land on different pages etc to see where the issue is. If your bounce rate is very high I guess the problem is with your landing page, look at your competitors, select their best elements and have a very clear call to action that doesn't require a great commitment from the visitor to initiate a communication.

Build up your SEO organic page rank, sell quality product and know thy competitors better than yourself.
