For about 5 minutes there, Google.com.au had NO results for "Pages from Australia".

A search for "help" returned no results.

They re-appeared before i got to start my thread on how there wasn't any.
Its exactly 3:01AM here. Could it be that they've finally done some sort of refresh of their index?

    What do we think?

How do the results look now that they are back?

It was most probabally just a blip, but it could be something if the results look very different.

    Nothing spectacular unfortunately.

Little bit of movement but not much. May just be that its so late/early here. The results tend to fluctuate anyway dont they (depending on the time). Ill check tomorrow anyhow.

It just feaked me out seeing no results for anything at all. I did try quite a few terms in my panic.

Hold on, there is something different. Earlier on, the site: query on Google was returning about 1000 pages less than it was yesterday. (for my site that is)

But they're back now. Im not sure when they returned but its only been about 2 or 3 hours since they were gone.

I saw something similar on US end one night. Everything seemed to be down. Adsense ads not showing. Could not reach www.google.com nor www2.google.com. Later learned www2 redirecting to www.
