After having yet another read through this thread i have come across with the thoughts of looking into your "competition" in more depth so that you know more about what you are up against.. Once you have this information it should make it a lot more easier to work on "busting their A**es" and getting better rankings. ~ Mike
You may want to help out by giving a little bit of information, I we don't know what you have been doing how can we help. If you have been trying for a few months then you are giving up too quickly, it takes a good 6-18 months in most cases to start making a consistent revenue. I do hope you were putting in a good 8 hours a day before deciding it is too difficult. In this game you need a lot of self discipline to not only knuckle down and do the work but also to learn how to do things.
Why don't you consider offering some type of service to start out with instead of trying to sell something. I'm telling you, that is a great way to learn what it is you really want to do as an entrepreneur. People are always looking for quality writers...and that's how I started. Didn't know much about writing, but it didn't take me long to learn. Plus I was earning cash immediately which made me feel REAL GOOD. Now, I'm an expert at SEO and article marketing, and creating sales letters. Don't give up...you'll make it...if one person has done it, so can you.
Please don't give up. I'm having the same problem but I'm going to continue using different avenues and getting suggestions from my DP family. Eventually something will happen. www.cwashingtonco.com
Keep trying different designs, strategies, etc. until you find something that works. If you have tried and tried with one technique, switch it up and try again. It's worked for me. Even a slightly different design, color scheme, marketing technique can make a world of difference....
First take a break... relax for couple days. Then you need to write out your current action plan. Figure out what is working and what is not. Check out my sig for my action plan.
Thinking of quitting? Think again. You can do it, you just don't know it. Once you make your first dollar, ignore it and move towards your first hundred. Once you hit that, ignore the milestone and start making your first thousand. You can't spend all day sitting on forums and expecting the money to roll in. You have to really want it, and the way to do this is to go out there and start marketing your products.
As mentioned above, you just need to give yourself time calm down breathe and take out a plan of action, you'll realize that in no time at all you'll be back on your way and earning more then you imagined, NEVER GIVE UP
