No response to an order placed yesterday

    I placed an order yesterday for an article (paid via paypal) have not received anything yet. Author (sukosaki) refuses to sent it directly to my email account. HIs reasons for this is that I am suppose to contact digitalpoint support (don't know how). Please advise what should I do?
