No Response from Site5 Hosting - Stolen Content On Their Server

So I found a site that has stolen my logo. I asked the owner to remove it, no response. So I asked Site5 on a number of occasions to remove it and provided proof that it is my work. They just never replied to my emails and deleted my posts on their support forms. Totally professional.

What else can I do to get my stolen content removed from their server.

You can contact a lawyer...and if Site5 isn't responding to a DMCA notice (are you sending one) then name them in a suit.

    http://www.site5.com/contact/

That page lists for DMCA notices.

Most hosts require a properly prepared DMCA notice. You can search google for sample templates. Most hosts will remove the copyrighted material to limit their legal exposure - but you must follow the DMCA format.

Any update on this? Was Site5 Responsive?

I have a hosting review site and would be great to know your experience with Site5 when this process is over.

    Site5 Hosting Review

Site5 has generally done pretty well for me. I have not had any sort of legal issue like this with them, so I am very interested in the outcome whether it is good or bad. :)

    Thanks!
