No Response from Google?

I recieved a click that didn't provide any revenue...not one cent. So, I emailed Google support about it and they have not responded. This is the second time I have tried to ask a question of them over the past 2 months and neither time have they even responded.

I am not sure what to make of this, but should I be concerned?

I've head $0.01 clicks in the past, but I never had $0.00. Do you use Competitive ad filter, because if you don't, you should!

I haven't used the filter yet, but I fail to see how that addresses this problem?

if you get a click for 0 it most likely means that google deemed that click an "invalid click" and did not pay you for it. The other reason would be that you had a public service ad displaying that got clicked.

Google support is usually pretty slow at responding :( and when they do respond it's usually some automated crappy response.
