    Why are you selling this site?
    Set up for a Private Blog Network but no longer required. If you buy it now i'll provide hosting free for 3 months. It's ranking on Google and has small traffic - but as it's been utilised for PBN purposes it hasn't been tracked or monetized.

    How is it monetized?
    Currently just used for PBN purposes but could be linked to adsense or other ppc/ppv advertising. Alternatively use to market technology services or products.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    All set up - just need to add some links to yourself and add an article once a month or so to help keep content fresh for the Search Engines.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    None, it has a handful of links but they include long-term real educational links. Its all set up, you'll get the admin login so you can update it and do as much (or as little) to it as you like.
