Selling No Reserve! Unique PR4 site with high SEO ranking - share files on Twitter

Hi,
We bought this site a few months ago and had no time to develop it.
We did a lot of SEO and it's now ranked top 3-5 on most twitter file sharing related searches.
We get about 100-120 unique visits a day and currently don't make revenue as we got no time to improve it.

There's no admin and we have a development plan for it (to add features) that we will provide the winner of this sale.

Site is a real catch for someone who has time to promote it as it's viral, unique and good looking.

When does this auction end?

Auction ends in 6 days or so but I might close it earlier as we do need the money as I explained and we are fire selling most of our sites.

 

I'm interested to bid, but are you sure the admin panel will be done before the site is moved to the winner?

 

I think you miss understood what I meant:
We have a plan (hence requirements) for the admin. We don't plan to develop it as we lack time and resources (that's also why we are selling so low).

 

What kind of server do you have this running on currently?

 

Hi and thanks for you interest.
We currently host all of our sites on one dedicated machine (but some of them are really heavy with traffic and you can see them on sale here on DP).
For this site you can start with a shared host and move to a VPS later on when you grow. I do recommend ensuring you got enough disk space (about 3-4GB at minimum) for starts though, as it is, after all, a file hosting based service.
