    does the supplier accept paypal?, whats the cost for hosting after the free month?

    Yes, the supplier accepts Paypal. Minimum order of $20 but that has a resale value of over $200 so shouldn't be a problem :)

    If you visit smokinghosting.com you can view all plans and choose one that you feel is suitable.

    I looked at smoking host and could find, do they accept paypal as payment's?, and if i choose not to use smoking host would you upload to the server of my choice to assure proper working's?

    Yes, they accept Paypal. Sure, if you don't want to use it I can recommend some others and if you already have hosting I'll install and configure the site on your server free of charge.
