Don't send them more than one e-mail. If you sent the first one correctly, you should get a reply - otherwise if you send more e-mails it just makes them angry .
i think you just have to wait. coz, the GA team has alot of mail to deal every day. if its too long, than, you can write other mail.
I had to send this kind of email in past. But got reply instantly. While a friend who had same problem did'nt got any replies. So maybe wait sometime and then again send one.
macrojen, hmmmm...it sounds scary but don't panic. Just write them and tell them you are concerned over the situation and hopefully they will write you soon.
Write and take note of the Ticket ID. That way of comes back to bite you, you have proof you excercised due diligence.
It seems if they are worried they contact you ..and cancel you like a bad check...so if you really have a concern take action to get it resolved ..Cuz one day it be gone ..there just like that ..I have heard to mANY story of it going bad becuse they waited on them ..good luck.
