No Reply from Domain Registrar

    I have an issue with a domain registrar. I have one domain hosted with them and want to transfer to another registrar. There are still 2 months validity on the current registration. In order to transfer I need to unlock the domain, but the admin script does not allow my domain to be unlocked due to an error. I have emailed their support various times, but no reply.

    Now, the only choice I see is to let the domain expire or renew with them (I don't want that).

    What are my options? Can I complain with ICANN or anybody else?

    Try calling them via Skype if they have phone support. Or a ticket system if
    they use one also.

    Did you buy the domain direct from a registrar or did you buy through a reseller?
