No repeat of bg image in a cell

    Could someone please tell me what to add to this code to stop the bg-tile.jpg image from repeating?

    Where exactly do I put the "no-repeat"? I have tried it at
    background no-repeat="../images/bg-tile.jpg"> and other spots in the code but they didn't work.
