i agree.. why are your links with no follows?

for example i looked at the first link i found and u have this:
<h2><a href="http://www.amitan.ie" target="_new" class="linktitle" rel="nofollow">Caterers Ireland</a>-(http://www.amitan.ie)</h2>

sites listed are not gaining much back.. unless u have tons and tons of traffic.
