NO PR update yet but SERP, visitors and SE traffic goes up and down... anybody else?

Same here from 116 to 49 to 74 its nuts.

 

You guys are forgetting that PR does not determine serp position.

Your serp position will go up or down anytime in the year.

 

@hiteshb: Traffic is not going down overal; statistics & impressions of my ads are almost the same (little gain).

A site which I developed a couple of months ago, +30000 words high quality unique text ,No submissions done ranked horrible the past weeks.... but the since sunday this site rocks!!!! Serveral keywords in top 5 but also on 11th place... i like that one too! While it was really nothing weeks ago.... niceness!

Definately, my main site went from page 20 to page 2 of google results for all three of my major keywords....

 

SERPs are changing each and every day.. there is no special time for it

Yeah, I am also experience this.. May be change of SERP algorithm from Google?

 

I am wondering the following;

One of my sites is showing a very interesting pattern. For 3-4 keywords it looks like G is testing if my sites hold the stay on the first page.... after a couple of hours the SERP go back to page 2. In the evening it is back again in the top 10. This going for a couple of days now, showing also absolute spikes in my visitor graphs.

Do you think it is a test of G if my sits generates enough CTR on their ads or doesn't hold my site the SERP on the first page. Based on G's CTR averages if you have a top 5 position?? What do you think?

A single fact is, SERP changes ALL THE TIME.

 

My google traffic is down and number of pages in the google index are down too. I've recently done some reconfiguration of the site, I thought that was the problem, but now it seems to be a google issue.

 

Same thing happend on my website.
When will this PR change will appear?

 

Tonight my traffic went down like crazy and it is same since then....

 

Concerning SERPs fluctuations — I track 62 keywords on a well-established, steady website. Half or more of them change every day in the SERPs, sometimes even more than once in the same day. There is absolutely nothing new here. I would be surprised if the SERPs for a lot of your keywords were not changing from day to day.

 

Completely agree. I too track hundreds of keywords and they fluctuate daily.
