PR0 does NOT mean "no pr"... It means you have PR, just not enough to get to PR1. "Page not currently ranked by Google" means you have no "visible" PR, but even then if you have followed backlinks then you will have a "real" PR (which you cannot see). The number of backlinks means nothing if

    1) they are nofollowed (as is almost every blog comment),
    2) if the page on the other site where the link resides is not indexed, or
    3) if the page on your site that the inbound links is pointing to is not indexed.

#visitors per day has nothing to do w/ PR. Google visiting everyday is a good sign.

If it's your adult-classifieds.us site then I'll have to take a peek at it later. Websense has it blocked where I work.

I have a 2 year old website that has remained PR0 since its creation. It gets 200-300 visitors a day from Google and makes 1$ / day. Do I care whether this website is PR0 or PR5? No, as long as it maintains its serps and generates $1 / day I'm satisfied.

Don't worry about pagerank too much; instead concentrate on improving traffic, serps, and revenue. If you are still hunk up on PR, do some link exchange or link baiting. Granted you should be doing those things anyway for seo, it will also increase your pagerank with time.

You are in a good position actually, as people are easily able to get a PR but not traffic!

You can easily get a good PR by getting do-follow back links from higher PR sites but I would suggest you to concentrate on building traffic more, instead of wasting your time on this one! :)

    hi,

According to me do not worry about PR...Your site should get max. traffic which will benefit you more than a PR. And as you say Google bot visits everyday you will get PR in few weeks or even months...And i will suggest to submit your site in high PR directories.

    you will get it...

Build up some good traffic. Worry about that first. September 9th is when they will update PR.

Getting few backlinks should do it, and DP signature would be a good place to start.

The aim to get higher PR can be only through quality and relevant backlinks. Try to get as many backlinks from the sources and sites being related to your niche and industry. Also try to get backlinks from sites which have PR higher than your sites PR. This would help you get some link juice from these sites to yours.

Study your competitors who have good PR and make a list of backlinks sources of them. You can then target those sources to gain backlinks for your site as well.

Maybe, your site gets penalty for selling links. Have you write any paid post from payperpost or other network? It may results in google penalty and you won't be able to get any PR. If not, try to get high PR dofollow backlinks to your site. You can start by commenting on high PR dofollow blogs. Only dofollow backlinks will help you increase your PR. Nofollow links have no value in PR calculation and it won't help you in SERP increase in google search engine.
