I've been running ads with ExactSeek for a couple of months. I too was intrigued by the flat fees for listing. I actually shelled out 144 dollars for 12 ads for 4 months. My sites are affiliate related, not adsense/YPN.

From Google about 10-15% of my traffic converts on the same sites, from Exactseek I've had no conversions in two months. The traffic quality is very, very bad.

I actually wasted some time experimenting with very high volume keywords and free actions (such as newsletter subscriptions). Exactseek says I recieved lots of clicks, but NO conversions. I find it odd that I would get 1,000's of clicks and no-one would click on a product or newsletter link. Draw your own conclusions...

Would be interested to hear if anyone with a Adsense landing page makes any money (or maybe gets kicked out of Adsense for fraudulent clicks...)
