No Postal Code Used

    Hi friends, I have a difficult question.
    I'm from Kunduz, Afghanistan. I know my all address and other things but I don't know what is the postal code of my area is?

    I've searched in Google but many websites say that there is no Postal code used for this area?
    Now what to do? How do I get my pic code? please tell me

    When you receive mail you don't have postal code? Then ask your postal office if it exists at all.
