No permissions to start a service request?!

    Hello all, not sure who to write or address on this, hopefully a moderator or admin will see it.

    I am confused because I still get denied access to post under services and I believe I meet all the criteria in FAQ:


    As far as I can tell I met all the reqs, anyone know what's up?

    so is it 7 days or 14 days? and where did you get that quote from ? WHy isn't this anywhere in the rules? Where are the rules?

    Permissions are set automatically via a cron job.
