Pr has nothing to do with whether spiders reach pages or not. Pr is given to a page according to backlinks to it. i.e your hompage will probably have a page rank because there are backlinks to it. whereas the internal pages don't have so many backlinks or maybe none at all.

Second level pages often get a PR because it is passed down from the homepage through links to the second level pages. i.e pages from your website menu.

every page reached by google spiders has back links
because spider always reach the page by aack link
    right
so why they do not have page rand even zero page rank ??

some reasons for sites with no PR:

    newly built site
    no backlinks
sites that didn't catch-up on PR update

That's pagerank from your homepage passed down to other pages. That's why you might wana rel no follow those links that are not important like about us, contact etc
