No one to seek help in a bad time!! Please Help Me Out!!

I have three accounts at clickbank.

All three of them stopped getting any sales after 15th April. I havn't had a single sale since 15th April. I am sure that there is something wrong with my account.

I promote many Clickbank Products. E4G, Download Products, Health Related, Software, etc.

Hops have only increased but NO SALE!

I have emailed CB about the problem TWICE but No Reply!!

Thank God, i am not fully dependent upon clickbank or i would have had to think of travelling to their office to sort out things.

I am sure there is some problem with my accounts. They have switched OFF all the 3 accounts.

I can't ask Swerd to send an email to CB on my behalf. I am sure he'll not care to spend a few minutes for a small affiliate like me. Thats why i have come to ask you guys for a solution.

    Help Please!

Members here don't even reply to my PM's

And what do you think they will say?
"Hello, Oh yeah we suspended all three accounts of jacky8 coz it's fun to watch him explode of anger"... I mean, come on. I think you have two choices here that worth anything besides crying in forums: send more traffic to your landing pages OR leave CB (they suck anyways, don't they? why are you still promoting their products then?) ... Other than that it's a dead end, don't waste your time.

Are you serious? Don't mind but that sounds like bad noob advice. Read your post yourself, you'll feel the same.
I can't stop promotions. I am not using adwords. What are you saying?

I've spent so much time actually working to build pages, sites especially for CB products, ezine articles and more.
    Even more time planning things.

There is no question of "Quitting" clickbank even if it sucks.

What's noob is you asking people to ring or email on behalf you ,, COME ON DUDE!!, there is a site called GOOGLE where people can search for the phone number!!!

50 sales in 30 days equates to roughly 2 sales per day, hardly sufficent evidence to say CB is screwing you, with 2 sales a day it can easily change.

Dude check your rankings , your competition, it might have changed.

Yeah I really don't know what you expect us to do...........SirKhan is absolutely right, this thread is a waste of time.

No one is going to ring clickbank on your behalf.

    jacky8.

what you do is purchase the cheapest CB product you can find using your own affiliate ID and see if you get credit for it...

I think this is CB number 800-390-6035. I have never called them so I am not 100% certain its the number you need. Its worth a try tho.

@dunechi1d - Already tried that. I didn't get credited for that.

There are many reasons for this drop, may be the niche has been gone, may be your affiliate link codes have errors, may be the design of your sites have errors with some browsers. Analyze all these things, try other niches and compare.

Well put! And also for others who might be reading this topic with similar issues: understand that calling and flaming CB won't help your problem AT ALL. So don't waste your time.

Good to see someone else on the same page!! I am sick of all the finger pointers like the OP who start these pointless threads, it seems that the affiliates who only get 1-2 sales a day are the ones that complain when it all dries up!!

    I agree! Troubleshoot EVERYTHING first!

For example, just because you are getting the same or more traffic, doesn't mean it's coming from the same source! If you're selling a dog training book, 150 hits from someone searching "how to train my dog" is much better than 500 hits from the term "how to buy a dog". Shifts like this in Google DO HAPPEN and they do happen overnight.

I'm not trying to pick on you OP, and I'm not saying it's not a CB proble, it may be.... Just be sure to do your research as well. The ability to work through problems like this will only make YOUR business stronger and more bullet-proof in the long run...

Thanks for the advice taraff. The traffic appears to be from the same sources. I guess it can be coincidence!
I got an email from clickbank customer care saying that there is no problem on their end.

I'm not sure if this has already been mentioned but try purchasing a product from your hoplink and see if it comes up in your reports.

    If it doesn't, it's a clickbank problem.
If it does, it's clearly not a clickbank problem and you need to look into why sales have stopped.

After you've done this, you can obviously just get a refund on the product.
