No one answers when I call Support!

I've been emailing support all today and yesterday trying to get things set up so that they can reverse engineer my files and provide a password for me, but when I try to call to get things moving faster, no one answers the support line.

    Any ideas why?

What is your support contract number?

Why do you need my support contract number to answer the telephone? Does that matter? Isn't the phone number on the website enough?

Please, just hire someone, anyone, to answer the phone. It's gotta be better than that answering machine.

Everyone with a support contract has a unique phone number and contract ID. You would need a phone support contract in order to receive phone support.

    Okay,

So if I email you the key, can you send me a phone number or better yet have someone call me so I can get this reverse engineering process started?

You would need to ship all your data files.

    Shawn,

Again, not a problem, please tell me if I can place them in a zip file and email them to you or if you would prefer that I burn the files on a disk and overnight them to you. Either one, I don't care, just as long as I can get the process started.

All I need from Digital Point is for someone to contact me and provide for me the proper instructions for getting the files to Digital Point and how long the turnaround is going to be along with the cost of everything. That's it, nothing more than that.

Please help me get this situation resolved. thanks!

The fastest option would be to zip them and upload them to your FTP server and email support the location. The other option would be to burn them and overnight them.

The cost is a flat $100 fee.

No, you would want to email the location to them, not the files themselves.
