Do you have any idea about the number of outgoing links and incoming links a home page can have? Is there is any restriction and if so, how many ?
No limit for incoming links but google has advised to limit outgoing links to 100: http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35769
Dont give out many links lol ... it will drop PR and try to get more / more / more incoming links . Google more about " Linkfarms "
But you can have as many as 50 as one of my sites www.indianwebdirectory.infowhich has 50 outgoing links jumped to PR3 at the last update So it will not decrease your PR But usuall have less no of links as it would be good
