No NS A records at nameservers

When I look up my domain at dnsstuff.com, it says FAIL for "No NS A records at nameservers" and I get this message:

WARNING: Your nameservers do not include any corresponding A records when asked for your NS records. They probably are not returning the A records when asked, which can prevent some other DNS servers from contacting your DNS servers. They should do this if they are authoritative for those A records (in BIND, you should not use 'minimal-responses yes;'). The problem record(s) are:

Nameserver (ip address) did not provide IPs for all NS records (but did provide at least one)
Nameserver (ip address) did not provide IPs for all NS records (but did provide at least one)

What can I do to fix this?

That can result from a number of issues.

If you want help, you might have to tell us your domain name.

It may be DNS taking its time to propagate, its annoying like that. Or you need to add an A record, post more details and i'm sure someone/I can help. ;)
