No, not the Edit Button!

I really don't like the idea of the Edit button disappearing after 8 hours, what will i do if i need to edit my post after that time?

 

Agreed- 8 hours is too long!

 

Now i can't edit this thread after 8 hours, isn't that awful?

Yeah, 15 minutes should do the trick.

 

there's a reason why in reality, we have a saying called "watch your words, because you can't take it back". the same in forums (only you get to take it back for the next 8 hours...which is kinda long anyway).

 

Really it's no problem

The only time it would be useful is if you have a multiple page thread and the prices change, you could edit the original post and update them or advertise your special, rather doing it on page X where alot of people will miss it

 

You can always pm moderators if you want something to be added in thread I've done that several times

That is if the editing of the post is really important. You don't want to disturb busy Mods just to make minor edits, do you?

Agree.. 15 minutes is a good enough time.

 

yepp.. ask the mods and they will do it for you.
They are really helpful.

 

It can be annoying at times, But just PM one of the mods with the topic link and what you want editing
