Ok, I had enough of this white hat, white-bread, wonderbread type of SEO. I'm just plain sick of it, building crappy PR0 links for a year, and so on. I'm ready to go GRAY HAT... Anyone know any good Black Bay / Gray Hat techniques? Buying links I think is the best Anyone know any other good ones???
I think many of SEO here are gray hat,...... just be careful on what you are doing because it may penalized your site.
Most blackhatters are only concerned with short-term gains. If you are looking forward to long term goals, I suggest you stick to the rules.
Very good answer Bohol - Blackhat is ok for a quick buck but there is no lengivity in a business sense - you basically risk losing it all by getting banned. I would think carefully about such approaches
I'd say 99% of the people who use this forum are grey hat. As soon as you do something to 'manipulate' your search engine results, you're not white hat anymore. Anything you do to get a link with the thought that it will either increase your PageRank and/or serps, is grey hat.
Isn't it time to re-formulate this? Like this, for instance: "all that gets you penalized is gray hat. the rest is ok." lol
Basically, what I'm after is juicy high pagerank anchor text.... I mean say the name of my site is "Joe's Product Factory"..... sure I'll rank high for "Joe's Products" and "Product Factory"..... since that will be the main anchor to my site What I really want to rank for is Blue Widgets..... so its time to start buying High PR Anchor Text that calls my site "Blue Widgets".... along with the White-Hat Title Tag etc. bologna.... That seems to be the only "Gray Hat" tactic that might work and not get me banned....... I'll have to look into Autoblogging... one thing I wonder though, are blog backlinks really that valuable???
WTF ? That kind of response cracks me up .... not the one above - just pointed this out in general .... OK so you guys are saying that blackhatters are only in for the short haul and not long term web masters ? My ass - what you guys really mean is that the - Website is only short term - the keyword being the website .... yes the websites do become disposable - but us blackhatters are not .... You see we abuse our web site and domain - OK it gets banned and makes some quick dollars - now you guys are saying that's the end of the black hatter ? Well the truth is - we have several web sites going at once - one site gets banned and we move to the next - it's just a cycle .... the Quick Buck doesn't stop .... it's just the web site and URL that dies .... some times the idea or method .... and not the web master or the "Quick Buck"
