As From today, clickbank would stop accepting echecks as a means of

payment. for the full details just log into your account and look at the

    news section.

So what do you guys think?

    Is eCheck same as Check?
If yes than good riddance. Nearly all check sales I've had bounced.

About time eChecks were banned. They've been nothing but trouble.

On a side note, I noticed this thing -- † Customer Facing -- in 'My Account'. You know, just below the * Required note.

What does "Customer Facing" mean? I'm an affiliate (not a publisher) so these terms are a little confusing.

I don't think I've ever received a payment from eChecks, so I guess it doesn't matter to me too much.
The only thing I had to do is change my sales page and one autoresponder message.
    Less frauds - the better.

That is some great news! Almost every single one over the past year or so always bounced. This has been a long time coming.

I really hope that the next good thing they do is pay affiliates via PayPal.

I'm having a hard time waiting for checks to come in the mail and hoping that someone doesn't steal it on the way. All this hoping & waiting distracts from the actual work of promotion.

As far as I know, my country (India) is not supported for International Direct Deposit (XACH).

For wire transfer, I'd have to have

    * made over $500 per pay period
    * have received at least 3 paper checks

I qualify on the 2nd point but not on the 1st.

That's why I'm keen on PayPal -- I get direct deposit to my local bank without the above hassles / restrictions.
