    It's a cash incentives site. They pay you cash for signing up to offers. These offers are most probably from some of the cpa networks or may be similar to these type of offers that the cpa networks offer.

    They work sometimes but you only have to work with resources like forum,PM or emails.Thats a bit of scammers job..
