No luck finding decent CPM site for my adult BBS

So here's the deal. I run a semi-popular adult image BBS (also known as an imageboard). I'm trying to get some decent CPM ads going in order to pay my server bills (and possibly get a little pocket change, but breaking even is the goal for now). I've tried a few different advertisers. BlackLabelAds was great for the first few weeks, I was getting $20/day which quickly dropped to $2/day, then $1/day. I also attempted to use Adengage, after a week they still have not approved my site submission. Same deal with AdultAdWorld, I signed up and received no response. Finally I tried JuicyAds. They have a decent system but I'm afraid I might not get enough buyers to make it worth my while.

So I decided to turn to the experts (you guys) for advice. I've seen a few sites posted here but have yet to see many posters with positive results from them, and the people posting them seem to run the site they are posting. I'm hoping to get some good input from actual clients of these sites on what venues I should shoot for.

According to BlackLabelAds, my ad zone views peak at around 160,000 per day.

Thanks in advance for any help.

CPAlead will most likely decimate my user base, and ideally, I'd rather not interrupt the content of my site.

You could try trafficrevenue.net. I think they accept adult traffic, and you can get 3.44$ CPM for sliding banners or 0.88 $ CPM for regular ads (US traffic, other countries are lower).

You could try trafficrevenue (love them) or use the ad network in my sig. Warning in advance. Although the CPM is high for CPM COUNTRY the ads do load a popup.

Some of the publishers have gotten paid. Others will be paid this week. Cpm Country pays every week with a minimum of $25.00

AdultAccessNow is probably your best bet (they are like CPALead for adult). See link in my sig.

BLA and AAW are legit, but they pay really badly, and AAW support is almost nonexistant...I have to call them every month to remind them to send me a check.

Like I said, if I had to make it so you had to complete a survey to access my site, it would decimate my user base. They're a lot more net savvy than most and would either find a way around it or not put up with it in general.

Right now I'm settling with TrafficRevenue. They aren't paying as much as BLA (which is odd because they have such high CPM), but they pay quicker than BLA by a long shot. I tried CPM Country but almost every ad gave a million popups.

Someone above mentioned CPALead. They do Adult offers. I flipped an adult site recently. The trouble is finding the right balance between getting leads and not being too intrusive.

People on adult sites tend to be more stubborn with ads and monetizing methods, so what I do is stick a CPALead gateway in front of my premium content. For example, if I'm showing a link to a full-length video or something, I will put a gateway in front of it since people will be more likely to fill it out for that sort of content.

    But yeah, skip CPM.

    Bumping this

I've been using trafficrevenue for the last 2 years now, and just trying to tolerate the amount of popups and malware reports. Otherwise it's been working out okay, but the admin just informed me that the site will be going away in a few weeks, so now I'm back looking for alternatives. I've signed up with PlugRush, but I don't think they do CPM for non-popunders (which I don't want), and I'm really trying to avoid CPALead, since the site is pretty much all user generated content.

I wouldn't worry about Juicy Ads not selling enough. I've been using them and only getting their "filler" ads and have been getting $0.30-$0.40 cpm. I think it depends on clicks.

I have recently installed PlugRush too. They seem pretty good so far too. Just make sure that when you create your adzone that you turn off the sell traffic settings. It's these settings that allow them to do things like redirect your mobile traffic. I didn't realize they were redirecting my mobile traffic until they had redirected 4200 pageviews. I made almost $25 from those redirects but it's not exactly what I had in mind. With the sell traffic settings off, the issues seem to be fixed

I suggest you to try Poponclick. We pay now for mobile traffic and for standard traffic with popunders.

When you create an ad zone there is an option to redirect mobile traffic and it is on by default. It's pretty easy to miss actually
