No Links Showing Up In Webmaster Tools?

    Same thing here - 0 external links.

    I also got a message saying system busy - try again later.

    Serps have not been effected so I'm not too worried - probably just doing work behind the scenes.

    The problem is that, no links are being showed in the webmaster tools. I can see my site links when a do a search with the Link operator, but no links are shown in webmaster tools.

    My links are back as well.

    It also looks like an update. One of my new sites now shows backlinks.
