Hi All, I have set-up a website for a friend who runs a security alarm business. After around 6 weeks he is getting on average around 10-15 uniques per day. I have checked google analytics and webmaster tools and we are getting SERP traffic for the keywords we are targeting. I have put his phone number and physical address in the header; he has also dedicated a specific phone number so he can track leads. yet we still have not had a single phone call/lead, can anyolne provide any advice on what i might be doing wrong? How come none of these visitors are phoning for a quote? All advice greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!!
Does the site have a clear "Call to Action"? What is the incentive for them to call? ie: Call Today and Get Free Installation. Call today and get 1st month free. etc. You might try some Google Adwords or Facebook Ads to get the phones ringing.
Hi. It seems like your getting some traffic to the site but not enough to generate solid leads daily. More traffic will definitely give you a better chance to get strong leads. In addition, on the site a strong call to action should be present as well as differentiating yourself from your competition and stressing your benefits will help in attracting people. Keep up the good work. Hard work and determination is key to online success.
His traffic might require that his leads are in the same geographic region that his business is set up in. This type of product normally isn't purchased from "distant" vendors who live in a different part of the country or even a completely different country. You should target keywords like "Home Security Services In Los Angeles" for example. This will greatly increase your conversion rates because these types of customers are more likely to call the phone number and get advice about the product if they can actually visit the store or purchase from someone who lives in the same area. What is your website? You should show your website so we can get a better idea of what is wrong and why you aren't generating any leads. Hopefully you can get this problem resolved in the future!!!
