No internet since friday

I don't have any internet conenction since friday. I have wireless and there is no other available provider in my area... really sad..

 

Yeah, I hate internet probs

I'm dying when i don't have internet...that sucks for you bro.

 

Yeah.. and Smart Communications sucks a lot.. it's been 10 days that I am offline.... I am living in a new subdivision where other providers are not available yet so I am really in big trouble.. I am using wireless connection and they said the station where we are connected are under maintenance.. I don't know what is going on but this is really the worst servcie.. imagine, maintenance for 10 days leaving couple of hundreds of subscribers offline.. I am in verge of crying...

 

I think that it's not only SMART who has problems in terms of connectivity. BayanTel had also slowed down since last week and PLDT slowed down a bit too. The thing is, I don't know what's wrong with the our ISPs here in the Phils.

 

Other subscribers in nearby areas not connected to that station has a good connection...

 

so sad...

 

Sorry to hear about that. I have a Globe broadband connection and the longest time I have been offline is 8 days. Even if I followup everyday, it still took them that long to fix this.

 

I got my connection now and seems faster than ever... I am going to call; later and ask for 15-day credit... If globe wireless is available in my area, I would change provider..

 

wouldt not know what to do if my internet connection was dead for +10 days or just 1 day. That's why i have signed a contract giving me a higher service level than normal users. And legal advantage if the don't comply to the contract.

good to hear that your connection is now faster than ever some good things did come out of it then...

 

since you still don't have internet connection.. why not do camping... to go the mountains... explore the true beauty of nature.

I have my job and internet is the only thing that releases my stress after work... no time for camping except weekends.

 

it sucks when you are surfing the net and suddenly you are being disconnected.

 

So true... now I have connection and I just called support for 2-week credit..

 

i think it also sucks if you lost connection and the feeling of wondering how soon you will get it back....me without internet is....almost like end of the world...its better in the summer time though, at least during day time i can go up and play basketball after work. In winter.....i'm screwed lol
