This is a very low paying niche and you might have got some invalid clicks. So, you would have earned money only for 1 click.
i see ads titled "Hindi Love Poetry" which i highly doubt will pay well. your ads are not all targeted due to lack of real content. try adding an article at the end of the page and use "section targetting" to get the ads more relevant which will help
