    Hi, folks,

Please let me know how you guys can open new account with the probability of being banned minimized. My story is a very frustrated one. Please help me.

Now I have an adwords account X, which was created 4 days back. Till now, there is no impression at all. Google says it is under review on 2 days back.

Before I had account X, i had account A, which was suspended by Google. Google told me Account A is associate with an account which repeated submit ads that violate google policy. This is complete nonsense because I respond to their editorial alert very quickly all the time. No clue at all.

I tried to activate a new account B with the credit card associated with account A. The card was declined. Then on account B, i tried to use several other cards which were not used on google before - all of them got declined. I had to abandon account B.

With new CC, I created account X, which got reviewed for at least 4 days. Today, I tried to activate new account with cc used for X. Cards declined. I called Google. But their response is still under review.

All these accounts, I used the same billing address. Maybe this is the problem?

Please let me know how to create new adwords successfully, especially after one account got banned?

    Thanks
    David

Your new adwords account should not be used to promote the domains which were promoted by your banned accounts. You need new websites, and might consider a new hosting provider. If you don't change providers, I would advise asking them to put you on a new server so the domain's IP address will be different. Also, do not repeat the activities that got you banned before.

Credit card and billing information should be different. Address shouldn't matter, but maybe they start to watch it if you have many banned accounts from an address. I'm not sure about that. If it were me, I'd try a different address. With a card from a different bank. The easiest way is to use the identity of someone you trust, like a wife or parent. But if you get their name banned, they will resent it. You should also wipe the cookies off your computers and clear all passwords. Never log into one of the old accounts again.
