no iEEE1394 port -trying to capture video

    Hello
    I have a dv output on my camera but on my dell inspiron 1100 there is no iEEE1394 port..how do I go about capturing video.

    If your camera only has the firewire output you could try looking for an iEEE 1394 to USB adapter.

    I can't vouch for the quality but check on ebay, there are tons of various ones listed.
