No Idea Where To Start

Im looking to make a community site like a forum.. but more than just a forum. How would I make a site where users could upload their music and sell it?

first start with getting a forum software, for example, phpbb maybe, and then you can search one of the many phpbb mod sites and find addons to do what you are looking for. you can also hire a php/mysql programmer to write custom code to do this as well

 

If you are a php programmer you can buy the existing ones; then modify them.

do you have money to pay people to make this?

Then you pretty much have to learn how to do it yourself....that isn't something simple so who is doing it will spend some time...time which costs money ...
