No H1 Tags on Joomla?

    I just took over a clients site, he uses Joomla 1.5. There isn't a single H1 tag defined, so I am looking for the best ways to set it up.

    What I did for now was shrink the H1 size down to normal text size and have a the H1 tag at the top of the site, by the menu links. Looks natural to be there, but prob isn't best for SEO purposes.

    Any ideas on how to add sEO friendly H tags?

    Need to add the tag in root/component/com_content/article/default.php
