I want to get started in affiliate marketing but have no money to buy a domain and host right now. Just wondering if anybody has had success getting accepted to CJ's merchants with a free Blogger blog?
Many merchants will reject affiliates with just a blogger page. You can create a better site using services like Syhtnasite (now Yola) and Weebly. Also, if you don't have $7 to buy a domain name, maybe this isn't the right industry for you to be in. How are you planning on getting traffic to your blogger page to make money, if you can't afford $7?
Of course it will, but as the person above has said, many merchants will reject you. Although lots of people try to start a web without any cent, it is highly recommended that you could try to save some $ in order to build your website properly. It is not that expensive to buy a domain for $7-$9 and then a good reliable hosting for 4,95$/month. Think that, if you're good, you'll cover your costs by the end of the month, and your users will be grateful with a more professional looking site. It is worth it. Regards.
Yes ..... synthasite (yola) is great and free. Also you get your domain name and website for $20 a year thru yola.
Plus I think synthasite will be dropping that prefix to yola soon. So your site name will be easier for customers. JobADoodle
If you start wil yola and article writing you can get started and begin the long road of learning. Invest the time and the money will follow.
It is possible to start out with nothing. You can start a free blog and promote it with one of the many free methods out there.
