I found that google does not count nofollow links for calculating page rank. But placing a keyword in anchor text of nofollow link has got any value..in google search results? If nofollow links are useless,then do we need to convert our blogs to dofollow blogs atleast internal linking of our own posts will get some value?
If you want your links to have any value in your blog, then yes, it has to be dofollow. Please not that links are dofollow by defaults, unless told to be nofollow. If your blog is a dofollow, you will also have to deal with spammers. The best way is set up an approval for comments by the admin.
- If the keyword is on your website, yes, the keyword will still help your SERPs. - If the keyword is on another website in the link pointing to your site with a nofollow attribute, then no, it won't help you.
