No Follow Links - Should this code work?

    Just want to see if someone could tell me if the following example will work as a No Follow Link.

    <a href="http://www.atrec.com.au" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">ATREC</a><br>

    It highlights in red all nofollow links so you don't have to waste time checking the code manually.
