    No follow back links will help you to get traffic on your website, but in SERP that Do follow back link will give you boost up to your domain name in search engine ranking position.

    if you want to check an link is dofollow or nofollow then search " firefox nofollow plugin "

    Add the plugin into firefox.
    After adding right click and then click Right mark on Nofollow.

    All the link which changes colour to pink are Nofollow.
    And all purples are Dofollow links.

    I wouldnt worry about dofollow and nofollow. Just concentrate on any and all types of links. Links may bring traffic and with traffic comes sales. Even nofollow links can bring in traffic and sales.
