On the directory page of the link you want to check, view source and run a FIND for Nofollow. Many of the "DoFollow" directories turn out to have the Nofollow attribute on the link. I even go so far as to view source on the Cache of the page .
humm check meta tags, there you will find no follow tags. and second thing is you can get no follow in your links where yout liks is palaced.
just select one link already placed on the directory and view selection code, fine rel="No Follow" mentioned or not. Simple. You can also download Add-Ons for NoFollow. When you select Nofollow add-ons thn nofollow link will highlighted with Pitch color and dofollow woth purple color.
