"No follow" and Backlink Checker

    Can anyone suggest a good backlink checker, and what does it mean if it say's "no follow"?

    you can use "yahoo site explorer" to check backlinks and "backlinkwatch". and nofollow is a tag. Google doesn't follow link that has nofollow tag.
