No Extra Charge for Pre-Registered?

    Is there any domain registration service that doesn't charge you extra for domains that were previously registered? If I remember correctly if you were to go to GoDaddy and try to buy a domain that had recently expired but hadn't been renewed they make you pay a little extra for it. Anyone know of a domain registrar that doesn't do that?

    All registrars will charge extra as far as I know if you want to restore an expired domain name.
