No Experience, should I learn to design myself?

    i would take the time to learn it gives you a good foundation for how things are working. So if something stops working you have an idea on how to fix it. You can also use WYSIWG type editors as well

    if you dont want to learn html or xhtml you can use wp or blogger But i will suggest to learn html at least

    If you're not in a hurry then I would recommend learning it yourself as this gives a LOT of new experience on things but try to use a freelancer atleast ONCE as this will clear out a lot of your doubts.

    It depends on your budget. If you hire bad designer you will spend more time managing than if you would do it yourself. Good designers are expensive.
    If you just want to create one website and that's it - hire good designer. If you want to keep doing and make some profit out of it - learn how to do it yourself.
